CPA:1 COMBUSTION PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS

This course qualifies GAS SAFE registered engineers to perform flue gas analysis on domestic gas appliances. More and more manufacturers require this test during the commissioning and servicing of their appliances.

Pre-Requisite

Entrants must hold a current CCN:1 Core Gas Safety Qualification.9

Course Duration

1 day (½ day training and ½ day assessment).

Training Aids

Lecture notes, audio visual presentation and a range of domestic gas appliances and models.

Assessment

Written and practical test in line with ACS accreditation scheme.

Certification

On successful completion of the course, candidates will receive CPA:1 Combustion Performance Analysis certification.

This course is offered as a reassessment for qualified gas engineers or initial qualification for new entrants into the industry. (subject to qualifications held)

This course is now covered in the CENWAT qualification for existing engineers.
