To prove your identity and enable us to accurately inform our awarding body of your qualifications and where they should be sent, as well as informing gas safe that you have completed your assessments and are able to continue to work within the gas industry as a gas safe registered engineer.

We use the information that you have given us in order to inform the awarding bodies that you have completed your assessments and enable them to send your certification to you.
We may share this information with Gas Safe / LCL Awards
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting Centre Manager
(b) We have a contractual obligation.
(c) We have a legal obligation.
Your information is collected on our registration forms.
The only reason your personal information is collected is to inform the awarding bodies that your identity has been confirmed and that you have completed your qualifications and where to send the certification. This information is then passed to Gas Safe for your registration.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
We keep Your address, date of Birth, national insurance number, telephone number and email for a seven year period. We will then dispose your information by deleting from our storage system.

Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
